My girlfriend is always paranoid!  我的女朋友總是疑神疑鬼,懷疑我的忠誠度!

paranoid是形容一個人疑神疑鬼,老是懷疑別人
- If you say that someone is paranoid, you mean that they are extremely suspicious and afraid of other people. (ref :柯林斯字典)
也可以形容患有妄想症的 (paranoia)
-Someone who is paranoid suffers from the mental illness of paranoia. (ref :柯林斯字典)

所以如果女朋友 ,常常因為一些莫名其妙的小事,(例如 沒有定時打電話給他 , 假日和別的朋友有約...) 就覺得你偷吃有小三 , 和你吵架 , 就可以稱為paranoid....
又或者是有些人有被害妄想症,一直覺得有人要暗殺他, 這也是paranoid...
