其實這樣的表示方法有兩個
第一種方式叫做
extra budget

budget叫做預算或生活費
英文定義:

extra budget指的就是多出來的生活費
就可以用來說明"多出來的錢"

另一種方式叫做"disposable income"

當然我們不可能把收入丟掉
只是一種隱喻
